From 19 to 25 July, Nowy Sącz will host the 33rd edition of the International Festival of Children’s Folk Ensembles FESTIVAL OF THE CHILDREN OF THE MOUNTAINS. We invite you to one of the most colourful and recognisable folklore festivals in Poland, which we have been organising since 1992 as the SOKÓŁ Małopolska Cultural Centre – a cultural institution of the Małopolska Voivodeship.

We were deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Marian Koral, co founder of the Koral company, Honorary Citizen of Nowy Sącz, and above all, a great friend of the International Festival of Children's Regional Ensembles, FESTIVAL OF THE CHILDREN OF MOUNTAINS.

At the beginning of March, we visited children's ensembles representing four ethnographically different mountain regions during this year's FESTIVAL OF THE CHILDREN OF MOUNTAINS.

One of the most important events dedicated to children's folklore is quickly approaching – the 33rd edition of the International Festival of Children's Regional Ensembles, FESTIVAL OF THE CHILDREN OF MOUNTAINS.
