Piotr Droździk’s photographs, with their colourful extravaganza of tradition, show encounters between children of the mountains from all the continents. It is all about extraordinary events during which little highlanders from various countries use the medium of dance, song and play to tell us about how dear to them is the culture of their little mountain motherlands. The story they tell us is full of pleasant experiences, feelings and emotions, which - having been recorded in photos - transport us to this wonderful time.
