To participate in the FESTIVAL OF THE CHILDREN OF MOUNTAINS organizer appoints a Qualification Committee whose task is to select and recommend Polish ensembles from the group of the ensembles participating in the Carpathian Festival of Children’s Folk Ensembles in Rabka-Zdrój, recommended by the Carpathian Festival jurors.

Foreign ensembles are qualified on the basis of audiovisual and text materials - sent via the online application form.
